Why are prices listed as "from"?
Starting prices are for a standard car in normal condition. Larger vehicles (SUVs, trucks, vans) or heavy pet hair, sand or salt may cost a bit more. We'll always confirm the price with you at drop-off.
How long will I be without my car?
Each package shows its approximate time — from 30 minutes for an Express wash to about 6 hours for ceramic coating. We'll text or call you when it's ready.
How do Shine Rewards work?
Create a free account and you'll earn points on every dollar you spend. Points are added after your visit. When you have enough, pick a reward during booking and the discount comes off your bill. Spend more over time to reach Silver and Gold for bonus points on every visit.
I booked without an account — can I still get my points?
Yes! Create an account using the same email and phone number you booked with and any points from past visits will be waiting for you.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
